Jaapi’s swag store helps businesses deliver branded merchandise to their employees that can be anywhere in the world. Each company that uses Jaapi have their own swag store that is visited by their employees
The challenge was to create a design system that could adapt to diverse brands while staying simple and efficient. My work focused on harmonizing design with brand identity through the use of colors, logos, and minimal custom elements, ensuring scalability and consistency whend deploying new instances for new client.s
This project required an understanding of:
- How to design for multiple brand identities within a single framework.
- Establishing design tokens to maintain consistency and scalability.
- Balancing creative elements with functional constraints to achieve automation-ready designs.

Results
Hero and Navigation Section
Hero design consists of their logo, primary brand color, and favicon; all automatically fetched from Brandfetch. We focused on creating a design that can be adapted by any brand, balancing the act of conveying the brand so that companies feel like "this is our store" together with keeping it minimal and easy for us to build on further.
Employee Login
Same principles apply on login screen, which is the first screen employees will be presented to. How can we make it look and feel right for our clients, yet make sure the login screen is technically scalable for all our clients stores?
